In today’s turbulent and competitive business world to achieve the success of the company is subject to building and maintaining lasting relationships with customers. The dynamic growth of the Internet and information and communication techniques provides new possibilities for creating a platform for interaction between the company and the customer. The paper pays particular attention to social media as a modern tool for creating relationships: the company – the customer.
