Process modeling of unmanned aerial vehicles using intelligent systems in forestry
Abstract
The software life cycle includes the design stage, which consists of creating a formal model of its behavior from different points of view. This paper presents fragments of the developed models that provide digitalization of forest plantation condition monitoring processes. To ensure an effective monitoring process, an intelligent system must be developed that includes means of visual control or aerial survey (different types of unmanned aerial vehicles), specialists who control the flight of such vehicles and respond to changes in the state of forest plantations, resources that provide objective processing of a large array of data and form control actions based on the results obtained. The resulting processes, necessary resources for project implementation, and expected results are clearly shown on the developed functional models, which correspond to the methodology of functional modeling.
