A reflection about the ENADE: actions for the management of an important evaluation element
Abstract
The article proposes to contextualize the actions that are developed for the management of ENADE as an important element of the evaluation process of higher education. The methodology, based on a qualitative study positioned in the interpretative view, advocates a field research based on a case study, which was developed within a community university in Santa Catarina, which is developing a platform of institutional policies to treat the indicators of the CPC as an instrument of governance, having in the ENADE a first base of reflection for the routing of actions that will converge to the management of the Preliminary Concept of Course. The results demonstrate convergent actions within the Academic Units of the University, which has an element of management in the ENADE, which can culminate in a management model aligned with the university’s identity.
