Abstract

The specific issues of investment in the sphere of housing and communal services are considered, the algorithm for forming investment policy and the scheme for forming of investment attractiveness and activity in the sphere of housing and communal services of a municipal formation are suggested. The methods of investment policy in the sphere of housing and communal services are classified. Indicators for assessing the effectiveness of investment policy are suggested.
