EFFECT OF IMPLANTATION OF MOLYBDENUM IONS ON THE ANODIC BEHAVIOR OF ALUMINUM FILMS
Abstract
The anodic behavior of the aluminum film in the surface implanted with molybdenum ions is studied by measuring the potentiostatic polarization curves. The article shows the regularity of the dependence of the electrochemical characteristics of the aluminum film on the concentration of implanted ions. Electronic auger spectroscopic analysis with layer-by-layer ion-argon etching revealed that the effect of molybdenum ions on the surface of the aluminum ilm leads to the formation of a surface layer doped with molybdenum impurities and in the electrochemical process of combining aluminum oxide and an alloying impurity.
