In an intelligent substation there are numerous soft straps and inspecting is no easy work. The intelligent inspection technology of primary and secondary system state correspondence is proposed by taking full advantage of the integrated monitoring system to collect complete information flow to provide effective assistance for on-site operation and maintenance. By analyzing the states of a single type of interval and multiple types of intervals and the requirements for the switching of the secondary protection and the internal soft straps of the protective relaying and safety automation devices, the paper proposes a multi-dimensional mapping matrix of the correspondence between the primary and secondary systems based on the “combined interval”. Moreover, based on the straps type data dictionary and word segmentation meaning recognition technology, the system can automatically identify the information points related to the soft straps. Finally, the multi-dimensional mapping matrix of the correspondence relationship between the primary and secondary system states is constructed to detect, compare and visualize the system states of the primary and secondary equipment in real time. The application results show that the proposed technology, featuring its strong practicability and safety, provides a new technical means and decision-making support for routine maintenance, anomaly handling, and maintenance safety measures for substation operation personnel.
