There is currently a public, social and political demand prevailing on the Normal Schools, referred it to the quality of education provided and the fulfillment of the graduate profile, so the need arises ask What are the key skills required by the teacher at Normal School?, Is it possible to improve teacher performance against group such that impact the quality of education?, a thorough analysis these approaches we took in this research to create categories, skills, competency dictionary and observable behaviors. Through the evaluation methodology 180o were weighted 53 observable behaviors in a sample of 4 teachers, which allowed assessing teacher performance and determine needs of professionalism of teachers of the CyBENP.
