Notas sobre uso da inteligência artificial na seleção dos recursos “representativos de controvérsia” nos tribunais superiores brasileiros (art. 1.036, cpc)

Abstract

This study deals with the use of artificial intelligence as an appeal selection means by Brazilian Superior Courts. Although no one doubts its efficiency, this practice has caused some concern, because the formatting of the algorithms used by these courts is not known. In this context, the study concludes that the constitutional legitimation of the use of artificial intelligence will only take place through the publicity in the creation of these algorithms.
