As per this digital workflow, the patient’s photographs, three-dimensional radiographic images, and a diagnostic digital intraoral scan were obtained. Preoperative digital case planning and designing were followed by the fabrication of surgical guides, printed casts, and matrices to accurately execute surgical esthetic crown lengthening and reproduce the digital design in the subsequent prosthetic rehabilitation. Keywords: digital dentistry, excessive gingival display, pink esthetics, surgical guide, smile design
