This article is based on a multi-case study conducted in three different companies located in the city of Panambi / RS. The main objective is to determine the predominant aspects of the learning process in organizations certified by ISO 9001:2000 intending to establishing a new paradigm, identifying procedures which, if better managed, could provide improvements in the company and reflecting its organizational performance. We applied a questionnaire consisting of five dimensions was applied in the companies certified by ISO 9001:2000. For the evaluation of responses, was individually applied a statistical descriptive in the companies A, B and C, where was verified that organizational learning is present within these organizations. The use of cluster analysis was crucial in identifying the most important variables in each group, which caused a reduction in the number of questions. After being certain relevant issues, was used the chi-square test to verify if they had a significant relationship. This test showed that organizational learning is actually present in companies, regardless of the activity in which it operates, although there is different perception with regard to organizational learning.
