The paper analyzes the data of appendicular infiltrate and chronic appendicitis based on CT and morphological studies. Identified by CT criteria, characterized by chronic inflammation process in patients with appendicular infiltrate. The comparative characteristic morphological changes in the appendix in acute and chronic inflammation. The correlation of clinical, morphological and CT criteria in the groops studied. Necessity of surgical treatement was determined.
