SPORTS ALMANAC OF MONTENEGRO
Abstract
In Montenegro there is no publication which provides comprehensive informa- tion about sport and sports events of the past. In order not to forget what has happened and to leave a mark for future generations, we have initiated a publication, entitled Almanac of Athletes of Montenegro. Its goal is to collect, systematize, research, pre- pare and publish a history of sport in Montenegro, both in print form and in electronic databases, as well as research socio-economic factors that influenced the development of sport in Montenegro. As such, it will be a starting point for any future research of sports history in Montenegro
