THE AUTHORITARIAN STYLE OF PEDAGOGICAL LEADERSHIP IN THE SYSTEM OF RELATIONS «TEACHER - STUDENT»: A COMMON PHENOMENOLOGICAL AND CONCEPTUAL CHARACTERISTICS
Abstract
The article analyses the essential characteristics of the authoritarian pedagogic guidance in relations «teacher - student». The analysis carried out in the context of the meaning of the terms «power» and «freedom», allowing to differentiate authoritarian style implementation of teacher leadership in relation to students and highlight the designated style not only destructive, but constructive side. In the article it is shown that under certain conditions the situational objectively authoritarianism teacher against student has a right to exist.
