Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) menganalisis apakah terdapat pengaruh model kooperatif numbered head together (NHT) berbantuan media video terhadap keterampilan sosial pada mata pelajaran IPS (Siswa Kelas VIII SMP Islam Al-Hidayah Kaliwates Jember), dan (2) menganalisis apakah terdapat pengaruh model kooperatif numbered head together (NHT) berbantuan media video terhadap hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran IPS (Siswa Kelas VIII SMP Islam Al-Hidayah Kaliwates Jember). Metode penelitian ini adalah quasi eksperimen dimana peneliti memberikan perlakuan pada subjek penelitian. Prosedur eksperimen quasi ini dilakukan dengan mengacu pada desain Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 40 siswa yang terbagi menjadi dua kelas, yaitu kelas A sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas B sebagai kelas kontrol. Pengumpulan data untuk hasil belajar dilakukan dengan melaksanakan tes hasil belajar, dan data keterampilan sosial melalui angket keterampilan sosial. Uji prasyarat analisis data normalitas menggunakan uji Kolmogorov-Smirnov Test dan untuk homogenitas menggunakan uji Test of Homogeneity of Variance. Analisis data hipotesis menggunakan Multivariate Analysis of Variances (MANOVA) pada taraf signifikansi 0,05 dan dengan bantuan program sofware statistical package for social science (SPSS) versi 19.0 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) ada pengaruh model numbered head together berbantuan media video terhadap keterampilan sosial dengan F hitung 69,03 dengan p-value (0,000) dan (2) ada pengaruh model numbered head together berbantuan media video terhadap hasil belajar dengan F hitung 32,72 dengan p-value (0,000). Abstract: This study aims to (1) analyze whether there is influence of the cooperative numbered head together (NHT) model assisted by video media on social skills in social studies subjects (Class VIII Students of Al-Hidayah Islamic Middle School Kaliwates Jember), and (2) analyze whether there are the influence of the cooperative numbered head together (NHT) model-assisted video media on learning outcomes in social studies subjects (Class VIII Students of Al-Hidayah Islamic Middle School Kaliwates Jember). The method of this research is quasi-experiment where the researcher treats the subject of the research. This quasi-experimental procedure is carried out with reference to the Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The research subjects consisted of 40 students divided into two classes, namely class A as the experimental class and class B as the control class. Data collection for learning outcomes is carried out by carrying out learning outcomes tests, and social skills data through social skills questionnaires. The prerequisite test for normality data analysis uses the Kolmogorov-Smirnov Test and for homogeneity using the Test of Homogeneity of Variance test. Analysis of hypothesis data using Multivariate Analysis of Variances (MANOVA) at the 0.05 significance level and with the help of a software statistical package for social science (SPSS) version 19.0 for Windows. The results showed that: (1) there was the influence of the numbered head together model assisted by video media on social skills with F count 69.03 with p-value (0,000) and (2) there was the influence of the numbered head together model assisted by video media on learning outcomes with F count 32.72 with p-value (0,000).
