The laws of the change in the electrophysical properties of the C87 – 2, C78 – 4, C78 – 5 glasses, used in electronic optics are studied. A comparative analysis of the effect of the transmitted electric current on the formation of a new phase and the time to achieve the phase equilibrium in glasses is carried out. It was established that annealing leads to an equilibrium state, stabilizes the structure, and also reduces the electrical conductivity of the glass.
