Algunas notas sobre la enárgeia o evidentia
Abstract
This work reviews the treatment that classical rhetorics make of enárgeia or evidentia, a thought rhetorical figure also studied among the elocutio qualities. The article offers a systematization of evidentia’s characteristics and resources that get it; also remembers some of its most important applications for the literary text analysis, such as the narration of classic epic fights, historical and political events, narrative liveness of works like Quijote, the ekphrasis of artworks —so studied today—, or the verbal painting of sins in sermons and moral treaties.
