Preparation of Rs-198 liquid organic bacterial fertilizer and its growth-promoting performance

In order to explore the preparation process of liquid organic bacterial fertilizer, the liquid organic fertilizer and plant rhizosphere growth-promoting bacteria Pseudomonas putida Rs-198 were compounded, and the preparation technology and stability of Rs-198 liquid organic bacterial fertilizer and its growth promotion effect on the radish seedlings were studied. The results showed that the optimal dilution ratio of liquid organic fertilizer was 5 times; the optimal culture conditions of Rs-198 in diluted liquid organic fertilizer were 30 ℃, 140 r/min, and the medium volume was 100 mL; the maximum bacterial density can reach 4.6×109 CFU/mL; the prepared Rs-198 liquid organic fertilizer was stored at room temperature for 28 days, and the effective viable count was 2×107 CFU/mL. In addition, bentonite as its best nutritional supplement can increase the number of effective viable bacteria by 60.2%. The pot experiment showed that the liquid organic bacterial fertilizer could significantly increase the biomass of radish seedlings in which the plant height, fresh weight and dry weight increased by 19.6%, 22.2% and 17.6%, respectively. The content of soluble sugar and soluble protein increased by 49.4 % and 12.4 %, respectively. Therefore, Rs-198 liquid organic bacterial fertilizer has a good application prospect.
