OPTIMIZATION OF EQUIPMENT "RAKECUP TYPE " USING FINITE ELEMENT ANALYSIS
Abstract
It has been designed a new solution technological constructive of navvy equipment like rake cup attachable to the excavator arm. Cup shape and size were determined after repeated attempts for a specific cup, with the technological requirements required by the designer, the attempts being made in AutoCAD, 2D - 3D, until the desired results, based on the calculations. Finally, the structure was optimized to load applications from the cup, using finite element analysis method.
