ASSESSMENT METHODOLOGY OF INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT OF REGIONAL SOCIO-ECONOMIC SYSTEMS

Abstract

The research subject focused on innovation activity of regional socio-economic system. The research object is assessment methodology of innovative development of regional socio-economic systems. The author examines in more details such aspects as application analysis of differentforeign assessment methods of innovative development level of the regions adapted to the Russian context and domestic scientists ' developments on this issue. Special attention is given to the author's approach justification to innovative development assessment in terms of methodology and capabilities of the Russian regional statistics transparency.
