INFLUENCE OF THE MOTORIC ABILITIES ON MOTORIC EFFICINCY IN MILITARY ACADEMY STUDENTS

Abstract

Physical education is part of the curriculum at the Military Academy. It is a complex pedagogical in wich physical exercises are used as the primary means and method of achieving the goals which had been set, and fulfilling the contents of the programme. Eleven tests for estimation of motor skills and four tests for estimation of motoric efficiency have been applied during the research. The aim of this paper is establishing the influence of motoric ablities on motoric efficiency in students at the Military Academy. Research results concerning the influence of motoric abilities in 141 first-year Military Academy students on the results in criterion variables are stated in this paper. It has been established that they are a successful indicator of motoric efficincy.
