HUMAN POTENTIAL AS A FACTOR OF INNOVATION

Abstract

In article on the basis of the UN characterized the human factor of innovation development, conducted cross-country comparisons, we analyze the dynamics of human development index in the whole country and by region. Also, the paper reveals the differentiation of Russian regions by the level of human development and examines the situation in the Republic of Mordovia. In the conclusion, the conclusion about the impact of human development index on the level of development of the institutional environment of the national economy.
