A Role of Newspaper «Evening Kiev» in Honouring of Memory of Political Repressions Victims Buried in Bykivnya

Abstract

In the article opens up, what role was played by mass medias in opening of information about the soviet totalitarian mode crimes during Perestroika. The publications in the «Evening Kiev» newspaper about the victims of political repressions buried in Bykivnya forest (1989–1991) are the example used in our work.
