On thinking of the work mode of infection prevention and control at the isolation sites of the similar mobile cabin hospital based on the indemnificatory housing (基于保障性住房基础的类方舱隔离点感染防控工作模式思考)

Abstract

This paper summarized the experience of infection prevention and control in fighting against COVID-19, and explores the working mode of infection prevention and control at the isolation sites of the similar mobile cabin hospital based on the indemnificatory housing. To prevent and control infections in isolation sites for COVID-19 patients, a multi-measure precision control with reasonable regulation is necessary. The infection control team should focus on environment safety and personnel safety. Key issues such as the organization structure, relevant regulations, risk assessment, all-staff training assessment should be established as soon as possible, and prevention measures should be carried out during supervision and monitoring. The infection prevention and control in isolation sites based on indemnificatory housing must be dynamic. The infection control team should adjust timely while establishing scientific, precise, suitable procedures which are also effective to avoid infectious events during COVID-19 epidemic. (本文总结感染防控团队在抗击新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情中的经验, 探索和分析新型冠状病毒感染者定点管理时基于保障性住房基础的类方舱隔离点工作模式, 为有效预防类方舱隔离点感染提供依据。新型冠状病毒感染类方舱隔离点感染防控需要合理规范、科学有效的多举措精准感控。感控团队要在环境、人员安全两方面重点关注。尽快建立组织架构、制定相关制度、完成风险评估、感控技术的全员培训考核, 并在监督监测中落实防控措施。基于保障性住房基础的类方舱隔离点感控工作要时刻动态变化, 感控团队要及时调整, 建立科学、精准、适合自己的、科学有效的工作模式, 避免疫情防控中感染事件的发生。)
