ENFOQUE TECNO-PEDAGÓGICO POST COVID-19: UNA PROPUESTA PARA LAS INSTITUCIONES DE EDUCACIÓN SUPERIOR DE AMÉRICA LATINA
Abstract
La crisis sanitaria del COVID-19 ha tenido una repercusión negativa en la sociedad a nivel mundial que trasciende el sector de la salud como tal; también la educación se vio seriamente afectada. La mayoría de las instituciones tuvieron que utilizar la educación remota de emergencia. El propósito de este trabajo consiste en: (a) examinar el impacto que la pandemia del COVID-19 ha tenido en la Educación Superior en América Latina; y (b) formular una propuesta sobre las características que debería tener un enfoque tecno-pedagógico postpandemia. Se concluye que la crisis sanitaria no sólo ha constituido una amenaza para la salud de la población en general, sino que también ha planteado un reto para las instituciones de Educación Superior, al mismo tiempo que ofrece una excelente oportunidad para aplicar lo aprendido de esta experiencia en el nuevo enfoque educativo que vendrá. POST COVID-19 TECHNO-PEDAGOGICAL APPROACH: A PROPOSAL FORHIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS IN LATIN AMERICA Abstract The Covid-19 health crisis has had a negative impact on society worldwide that transcends the health sector as such; education was also seriously affected. Most of the institutions had to use remote emergency education. The purpose of this work is to: (a) examine the impact that the Covid-19 pandemic has had on higher education in Latin America; and (b) formulate a proposal on the characteristics that a post-pandemic techno-pedagogical approach should have. It is concluded that the health crisis has not only constituted a threat to the health of the general population, but has also posed a challenge for HEIs, at the same time that it offers an excellent opportunity to apply what has been learned from this experience in the new educational approach to come.
