The problem of evil, or theodicy, continues to exist under various forms from ancient times to the present day as an archaic problem as the history of thought. This problem, which has the privilege of having a central point of attraction by the thinkers in every period of thought history as well as its theoretical implications, has continued to be in the minds of thinkers, diversifying throughout Modernism and Enlightenment. This study of the theodicy proof of Leibniz, Hume and Kant, whose views of the evil problem are in compliance with the philosophical systems, focuses on how the different approaches to an existing problem and the essence of the solution proposals change and how the approach to evil in modern thinking varies.
