Abstract

The laying formation of the chain plates after optimization is introduced.With the application of nitrogen spring made in China,under the single stroke blanking,the 3 basic actions of precise blanking,which are material-positioning from upside,material-fixing from bottom and blanking.The 2-strokes precise blanking enables a continuous punching without jam of leftover material.For high grade chain plates,this technology breaks through the bottleneck of plunger mould-with-inlay of hard alloyed and the chain wear resistance under high speed application is improved.
