In an experimental research on 12 removed the teeth any way divided into 3 groups, have carried out comparative studying of impregnation dentine a root of-hydroxide copper-calcium (HCC) entered with the help depot and galvanophoresis. After realization of procedures in dozes on 5mА x min were going layers roots for histologic research. In the first basic group ("depothphoresis") it was revealed non-uniform and superficial impregnation dentine nanoparticles of HCC. Thus it was marked impregnation intertubular dentine. In the second basic group (galvanophoresis) took place only impregnation dentine tubules on depth in 1,5 - 2 times big, than at "depothphoresis". It was uniform and intensive. In the third group of comparison where HCC did not use, dentine tubules not visible. Thus, introduction HCC in dentine a root of a teeth with the help of galvanic cells allows to achieve in comparison with "depothphoresis" the best effect promoting dense and uniform obturacion of dentine tubules by nanoparticles HCC. These data allow to explain the mechanism of the expressed positive clinical action of galvanophoresis HCC at endodontic treatment of a teeth.
