Automation of choosing technologies of cold massive forming

Abstract

The authors suggest to use the tables of possible variants, which contain the schemes of forming primary blanks and semi-finished products for subsequent operations and mathematical models to determine the optimal combination of number of stamping’s transfer and complexity of tools’ design with permissible loads for choosing rational technologies of producing ball studs of various forms’ automobiles using cold forming.
