CAPITAL INVESTISSEMENT ET PETITES ET MOYENNES ENTREPRISES

Abstract

This paper addresses the topic of Private Equity in two ways. First, we present the advantages of this financing for small and medium enterprises. Second, we show that unlike the microeconomic theory where decision maker has a rational behavior, the decision to accept or reject a case by an investor capital is not always rational and that in reality, many factors influence the decision-making mechanism of investor capital.
