Work injuries in the present time are important and serious problems facing economic activity in most countries because of the great industrial renaissance witnessed by the world in which various types of machines، machinery and raw materials were used. Therefore، the importance of regulating the provisions of work injury insurance، which is of social importance، And economic، from the social point of view، it is important to the large number covered by the provisions of the guarantee of work injuries and the depth of its impact in their lives، and aims to insure against the risk of work injuries to protect the forces of human production are the vast majority in society، On the economic side، the labor losses suffered by the States large losses، whether human or physical، which have a significant impact on the national income of countries and the rest of economic life، and this regulation of the provisions of the guarantee of work injuries requires first determine the intended work injuries from the legislative، judicial and jurisprudence and then statement The elements involved in the composition of the work injury in order to determine what is considered and what is not considered a work injury due to guarantee under the Iraqi Social Security Law and comparative laws in Egypt، Jordan and France
