Purpose: The purpose of the present study was to find out the most valuable Latin databases and factors affecting them from the view point of graduate students of Razi University with emphasis on databases of: ScienceDirect, Springer, Ebsco, ISI, Emerald, and IEEE. Methodology: The present study was carried out using a survey method. The statistical population consisted of all 4145 graduate students at Razi University during 2015-2016. A sample of 523 students were selected using the stratified random sampling method . The data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire. Descriptive statistics and inferential statistics at the logistic regression level were used to analyze the data. Results: Latin databases such as ScienceDirect, ISI and Springer respectively with frequency percentage of 69 (361 choices), 38.8 (202 choices) and 24.7 (129 choices) were selected as the most valuable databases from the students’ point of view. Among the studied variables, education level, kind of faculty and income had an effect on students’ point of view on Latin databases practicality. Conclusions: Due to the high costs of access to databases for universities and higher education institutions, it is essential that valuable databases to be prepared and considered.
