Abstract
At the present stage it is important to evaluate the management of state and municipal finances and give their assessment. The main objective of this control- being of the population. In this paper, using methods of economic, system analysis and mathematical statistics studied the current state of the health care industry in the three groups of countries: the "Big Seven", the CIS countries and the BRICS.
