Rapid assessment of competitiveness of small business enterprises
Abstract
Strengthening of market rivalry and increasing pressure from both existing and potential competitors requires close attention of managers to the competitive potential of the enterprise. It leads to the actualization of the issues of representative assessment of business competitiveness. A particularly difficult question of assessing the competitive position is for small businesses because they have limited resources available, it makes necessary the formation of this methodology jf competitive assessment, which would allow to identify the competitive position of the enterprise without excessive additional costs. The article deals with the method of rapid assessment of business competitiveness, which allows on to determine the competitive potential of an economic entity the basis of comparative analysis of the main financial and market indicators.
