Total conservative parotidectomy combined with an extended lateral temporal bone resection

Abstract

A case of total conservative parotidectomy extended to include the lateral aspect of the temporal bone posterior portion of the zygoma and the condyle of the mandible and the temporalis fascia with adjacent temporalis muscle through an end aural incision is described with its possible advantages.
