Application of Belt Protection and Control System in Shanmushu Coal Mine

Abstract

In view of problems of no protection, no pre-warning signal and low automation in main transport system of Shanmushu Coal Mine, the paper proposed a reform scheme of belt protection and control system. It introduced design of HMI of monitoring computer, PLC control system, configuration of belt protection sensor, monitoring function of integrated motor protector in details. The actual application showed that the system runs stably and reliably, which realizes centralized monitoring and protection functions of raw coal transportation.
