JIHAD IN THE INTERPRETATION OF ABDULLAH AZZAM

Abstract

The article examines the doctrine of “extremist Pan-Islamism” of the Islamic activist Abdullah Azzam, the “spiritual mentor” of Osama bin Laden. The central concept of the doctrine was the treatment of the author's conception of jihad.
