Monteiro Lobato e seus leitores: livros para ensinar, ler para aprender
Abstract
This is a research about practices of reading from Monteiro Lobato’s readers. These readers used to send him letters during the 30’s and the 40’s. These practices are related to the pedagogical character of the writer’s children books. Based on ideas of Chartier and Certeau, it was analysed how the author used his books like as a way to teach and how the readers used them to learn.
