By analyzing the existing state of practice teaching for undergraduate students of clinical pharmacy in China, we aim to align with the training goals of producing excellent pharmaceutical talents. The practice teaching paradigm of “3 stages +3 practices” was implemented, focusing on meeting societal requirements. The primary objective was to train students in clinical rational drug use skills, with additional emphasis on drug supply training. The training material, methodology, and assessment were systematically explained. The clinical pharmacy practice training approach is well-suited for the specific goal of cultivating exceptional pharmaceutical professionals and is also tailored to the circumstances in China.
