Administrative fines for illegal use of the road lane. Outline of the problem

Abstract

The road lane, and in particular the public road are included in the so-called public roads. Without in-depth research, it can be said that they are the most widely used public infrastructure device. The protection of the road lane is primarily associated with administrative-legal solutions and forms a characteristic model of liability inherent in this branch of law. In this study, the authors, using the dogmatic-legal method, analyze the issues related to the protection of the road lane and the possibility of imposing fines related to violations of the rules of using the road lane.
