Malaria (Clinical Lecture)

Abstract

The lecture presents current data on the prevalence, morbidity and mortality from malaria worldwide and in Ukraine, etiopathogenic, clinical features of the various forms of malaria, modern methods of diagnosis, treatment and prevention of malaria, as well as the tactics of epidemiological surveillance in case of malaria occurred in Ukraine. The lecture is designed for infectious disease specialists, family physicians, pediatricians. Lecture materials may be useful for students of 4–6th courses of higher medical educational institutions.
