Model ryzyka procesów biznesowych

Abstract

Proposed in the present work the model constitutes generalized multidimensional approach to risk analysis of business processes. The presented approach takes into account the different categories of risk factors, resulting from both the architecture of the business process as well as the elements of the safety, quality and continuity. In particular, the combined aspects of safety, quality and continuity overlooked in the current applied approaches to risk analysis, ac­cording to the authors, have a significant bearing on the overall risk of business processes.
