The effect of physical activity on psychomotor women menopausal
Abstract
The main objective of this study was to present the impact of physical activity on psychomotor menopausal women. The study was conducted in the month of June in 2014, inLipno in the province. Kuyavian - Pomeranian. Studied 105 women from urban and rural areas in age from 43 to 62 years. The surveyed women in menopause who attend the swimming pool, various physical activities and growing recreational sport in the city.Conclusions: 1. Generally common symptom of menopause in women surveyed are the wave of heat, and the symptoms of menopause are doing quite well. 2. The health status of women surveyed allows them to sports, but not to the extent to which the want of choice and type of physical activity during menopause is Nordic walking. 3. The most perceived change in the surveyed women began to be active since the movement is the general improvement in well-being.
