En Cuba such a process is developed in a bilingual environment which takes the relation of its components as starting point. Those components include psychic process, personality configurations, bilingual communication and bicultural character of deaf people. This paper is aimed at analyzing the role of each of the component in the process of education. The coordinating relations established between the components create the necessary conditions to achieve the educative goal.
