The Political Agenda: Concept, Specifcity, Formation Factors

Abstract

The article deals with the analysis of the concept and phenomenon "the political agenda". The specific features of this phenomenon are shown in the maintenance, structure, mechanisms, subjects and factors of its formation, in character and degree of an urgency of the problems structuring the political agenda. Processes of entering of problem questions in the political summons and their definitions as those with participation of subjects which influence formation of the political summons, and subjects who directly make the decision under its maintenance and structure are analyzed. Factors under which influence the political agenda is formed and changes are revealed. The phenomenon of a divergence of two variants of the domestic agenda - on the level of public relations and at official level - is explained.
