Research progress on perceived risk of patients with rheumatoid arthritis (类风湿性关节炎患者发病风险感知的研究进展)

Abstract

Rheumatoid arthritis is an autoimmune disease, and current strategies in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis (RA) should focus on early identification and diagnosis. Higher perceived risk can increase an individual’s adherence to preventive measures. This article summarized the research status, influencing factors, assessment tools and interventions on perceived risk of patients with rheumatoid arthritis, and provided reference for risk assessment of rheumatoid arthritis, identification of influencing factors and carrying out interventional studies. (类风湿性关节炎是一种全身性炎症性疾病, 治疗类风湿性关节炎的策略应注重于早期识别和诊断。发病风险感知能促进人们积极参与预防决策并提高对于疾病预防的积极性。本文对类风湿性关节炎患者发病风险感知的发展现状、影响因素、测评工具及其干预方法进行综述, 为今后医护人员评估类风湿性关节炎发病风险水平、识别相关危险因素及开展相关干预性研究提供理论性依据。)
