Gestión empresarial y trabajo posmodernos. Análisis del discurso de la globalización

Abstract

El objetivo de este artículo es defender que el Neoliberalismo es el discurso constituyente de un nuevo orden mundial, que pretende, más que representar la realidad, convencer de ella y así hacerla realidad. Para demostrarlo haré ver cómo surge de una situación histórica oportuna, la capacidad de convocatoria universal que posee, su pretensión de limitar los poderes de los gobiernos y estados nacionales, su confianza en un orden económico subyacente, su oferta de un nuevo sistema de valores y, a la par que riesgos y retos, las grandes ventajas económicas y culturales que predica. Intentaré en segundo lugar deconstruir los recursos retóricos que decoran este discurso: mitos, imágenes y tópicos, acudiendo a la retórica tradicional, ese saber antiguo, que se ha visto renovado a finales del s. For argue that, I will show the origins of this discourse in a historical opportunity, it ability of world call, it pretention of limited the powers of the governments and State Nations, it confidence in the economic order, it offer of new values system, and the greats economic and cultural advantages that it preach. In second place, I try to explain the rhetorical discourse of neo-liberalism: myths, images and topics.
