Análise do jogo de Voleibol: Ensino da execução dessa tarefa com EXCEL®

Abstract

A análise do jogo de voleibol é considerada na literatura desse esporte como um instrumento útil para auxiliar durante e após a partida, ela é essencial para o técnico estruturar e prescrever o treino com bola dos atletas. Entretanto, o uso do scout manual costuma ser um equipamento cansativo para ser realizada a análise do jogo. Como utilizar um scout no Excel® para efetuar a análise do jogo de voleibol? Então, o objetivo do estudo foi ensinar a fazer a análise do jogo de voleibol com um scout elaborado no Excel®. O artigo foi dividido em três partes que ensina em detalhes como utilizar o scout elaborado no Excel®. O estudo oferece esse scout caso o treinador queira aplicar na sua equipe. Em conclusão, a análise do jogo com scout elaborado no Excel® é uma tarefa imprescindível para as equipes que não possuem muitos recursos financeiros. ABSTRACT Match analysis in volleyball: teaching of the execution of that task with Excel® The match analysis in volleyball is considered in the volleyball literature as a useful tool to assist during and after the match, it is essential for the coach structure and prescribes the ball training of the athletes. However, the use of the manual scout usually is an exhausting equipment to be practiced the match analysis. How to use a scout in the Excel® to perform the match analysis in volleyball? Then, the objective was to teach to perform the match analysis in volleyball with a scout prepared in the Excel®. The article was divided into three parts that teaches in details how to use the scout prepared in the Excel®. The study offers this scout if coaches want to apply in your team. In conclusion, the match analysis with scout prepared in the Excel® is an essential task for the teams that do not have much money.
