Abstract

The article is about relation supervisor-subordinate with the emphasize in terms of techniques of wielding influence. In the article were examined presence, awareness and opinions of manipulation techniques use and their place in tasking command process. Based on the literature meaning of foregoing categories they have been described, questionnaire surveys were carried out among the military, the opinions of the respondents were generalized regarding the use of manipulation as a motivator in the command process. Opinions were collected from three military corps: officer, non-commissioned officer and professional soldiers.
