IPROVEMENT OF CENTRIFUGAL MILK CLARIFICATION

Abstract

The factors influencing efficiency of centrifugal clarification of milk are considered: separation temperature, the mode of a stream, conditions of milk unloading from a separator, separator productivity, time between unloadings of a separator-clarifier with centrifugal periodic unloading of a sediment. In particular, advantages and disadvantages of centrifugal cleaning of cold milk and a way of realization of this process are considered. Features of centrifugal cleaning of the restored milk are noted.
