Abstract

The implementation of the court decisions on the capacity restrictions cancellation of the persons and the capabilities recognition of the persons The article is devoted to the problems of implementation of judicial decisions relating to the abolition of incapacitation of a person and recognition of the person’s capability; it covers the scheme of implementation of the decisions of the courts for these categories of civil cases of special proceedings; it shows the stages of their implementation, participants of the organizational implementational activities; it contains proposals for improving civil substantive and procedural legislation concerning the activities of relevant subjects and the execution of the decisions of the kind.
